Delete your account

WFSuite accounts are created by employers for their staff. You can ask for your account and the related personal data to be deleted at any time, in either of the ways below.

Option 1 — through your employer

Your company's administrator can deactivate and delete your account directly in the WFSuite control panel. This is the fastest way, since your employer is responsible for your work data.

Option 2 — by email to us

1. Write to devsoftexpress@gmail.com with the subject “WFSuite account deletion”, preferably from the email address linked to your account.
2. Include your full name, your username and the name of your company.
3. We confirm your identity, inform your employer and complete the request within 30 days, telling you the outcome.

What is deleted

• Your profile and sign-in data: username, password, QR badge and sign-in tokens.
• Your preferences and personal settings.
• Any other personal data that nobody is required by law to keep.

What may be kept

Employers must keep working-time, leave and payroll records for periods set by law. Those records may be kept, separated from your sign-in data, for as long as the law requires, and are then deleted. Backups are overwritten in their normal cycle.

Data on your phone

Signing out of the app removes your sign-in tokens; uninstalling the app removes everything it stored on the phone.

Closing a company account

A customer can close its whole company account by writing to the same address from an administrator's email. We can export its data first; after closure the data is deleted as described in the privacy policy.
